Ordering

1 SELECTION.

Select the garment you are interested in from our Online Brochure. If you click on the small photograph a page will open with a larger image and all the garment size and colour details. If you then click on Print you can print a full product sheet to take to a meeting.

Stage 2 PRICES.

For Pricing detail please contact us with your requirements and we will supply quotation within 24 hours.

Stage 3 SELECTION HELP.

If you need some help and advice selecting the right garment please give us a call or email us.

Stage 4 ARTWORK.

Send us your artwork or design idea by email in a JPEG,AI,EPS,Tiff format or by post if you prefer. We will then quote you for any Design Origination costs that may be incurred (see FAQ on menu bar.) This is a good time to ensure that the artwork is as you require the finished Embroidery to look as any changes after the design has been originated could incur further costs. Again we will be pleased to advise you on the suitability of your design for Embroidery. We will not attempt to reproduce a design unless we believe it will result in a high quality Embroidery. When you have selected the garment you require and are happy with the prices quoted including any origination costs the next stage is sampling.

Stage 5 SAMPLES.

We will be happy to send you a sample of the garment you have selected so you can check out the quality and sizing. We will expect you to prepay for any samples against our invoice, the charges are credited in full on return of the garments in a resaleable condition.

Stage 6 YOUR ORDER.

You can place your order by Email, Fax or Telephone. We will then produce your Design Origination. This involves many hours of skilled labour to produce so we would not normally begin work on this until you have placed an order with us.

Stage 7 DESIGN APPROVAL.

We will send you an Embroidered sample of your Design (prepared from your artwork) in the actual production colours, for your approval.

Stage 8 PRODUCTION.

When we have your approval of both the garment and the Embroidery sample we will send you an invoice, when this is paid we will begin production. Delivery of your order will then follow within 7/10 working days. The goods are sent on a next day carrier.

Stage 9 PAYMENT.

Payment can be made by Cheque,cash or major credit/debit card.

Stage 10 RECOMMENDATIONS.

We believe you will now be a satisfied customer and happy with our goods and service. If so we hope you will recommend us to your friends and colleagues. If for any reason at all you are not happy with our service please contact us and let us know. It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with all aspects of your dealings with us and feel completely happy to do further business with us in the future.
